With a legacy of over 40 years, Country Boy Trailers has a busy service and parts-sales department based in Cumming and is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor, who can check-in service customers, sell specialized parts, manage orders and deliveries as well as storage organization and merchandising.
Specific skills required include:

- Greeting customers and detailing repairs and maintenance requirements for their trailer
- Selling parts and checking out customers using POS, and cash management at end of day
- Ordering trailer parts from suppliers both for specific customers and inventory replenishment
- Check-in orders and deliveries, entering Purchase Orders and keeping on top of inventory
- Working with trailer sales and service techs
- Keeping the parts store tidy and "professional"
Other Capabilities

- Ability to quickly learn the many specific parts and sizes - including hubs, drums, brakes, bearings, lug nuts, wheels/tires, springs, axles etc.
- Strong, organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excel at customer communication (during the repair process or waiting for parts to come in)
- Great with people of all backgrounds
- A willingness to “grab an oar” and do other important tasks when needed
- Experience with a Forklift a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Ability to work Saturday mornings, if needed
