NAPA Auto Parts West Ridge is busier than ever supporting customers and our many Bob Johnson Automotive dealerships, and we’re hiring now for two Parts Delivery Drivers/Counter Persons. In this role, you’ll help at our busy Parts Counter and ensure timely delivery and pickup of parts and equipment to keep operations running smoothly. As part of a well-established, fast-growing company, we need reliable team members with strong work ethics to join our dynamic environment.

Previous Auto Parts Retail experience is preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with an automotive background! Those with previous Service or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine Dealerships settings are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities - Parts Delivery Driver / Counter Person:

· Assist customers in purchasing parts and accessories

· Look up the correct parts and pricing for retail customers as well as technicians

· Pick up and deliver parts as necessary

· Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter

· Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts

· Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner

· Maintain orderly files, reference books, and other paperwork

· Maintain clean, orderly stock room and workspace

Requirements/qualifications

· Basic driving and navigation ability

· Safety knowledge and skills

· Automotive parts experience preferred

· Previous delivery experience preferred

· Able to lift up to 50lbs.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts areas

· Ability to work an assortment of hours per day

· Read and interpret documents such as parts invoices and return invoices

· Must be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management

· Valid driver's license and a good driving record
