Job Summary
An independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee is looking for several experienced, energetic and dependable people to fill Paint Line Technician positions.  Positions that need to be filled are sanders, maskers and detailers. Experience is essential. Dependability and ability to adapt are necessary. Detail minded and process oriented.
Responsibilities 
  • Support the shop painter with final vehicle prep prior to painting
  • Sanding/Masking
  • Pre-washing vehicles before prepping and after sanding
  • Using vacuum sanders to keep dust contained and keeping the shop environment clean
Qualifications
  • Prior experience sanding/masking and prepping vehicles for paint is a must.
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Take pride in the quality of your work
  • Ability to color sand and buff is a plus but not required
