Job description

Our busy, locally-owned and operated collision repair facility in Springdale, AR is seeking an experienced Auto Paint Prepper. We specialize in Collision Repair, Detailing, and Complete Auto Painting.

Competitive pay based on experience

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Prepping vehicles for paint process by sanding, taping
  • Properly mask vehicles for refinishing
  • Final Detailing and QC
  • Buffing, Waxing, Polishing
  • Detail cars inside and out
  • Assist Paint Technician in other areas as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a collision/body shop preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and a good communicator
  • A fast, consistent, and skilled worker
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of auto paint prep for refinishing
  • Experience with Auto Detailing and polishing
