Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our fleet maintenance team. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of landscaping equipment and vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in mechanics and grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trucks.

2. Diagnose mechanical issues and repair equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

3. Conduct inspections and identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.

4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, including parts used and labor hours.

5. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and ordering parts as needed.

6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

7. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and complete projects efficiently.

8. Have the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.

9. Open availability during the winter months due to the unpredictability of winter weather


Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in mechanics or related field is preferred but not required.
