CSN Champlain Auto Body is seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Repair Appraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing accurate repair plans and estimates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Job Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Thorough understanding of collision repair processes.
    • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex).
    • Knowledge of parts sourcing and ordering procedures.
    • Ability to accurately read and interpret damage reports.
    • Familiarity with insurance company protocols and guidelines.
  • Customer Service and Communication:
    • Clearly communicate repair details and plans to customers.
    • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
    • Effectively manage customer expectations.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Efficiency and Time Management:
    • Provide accurate and timely repair plans and estimates.
