Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a strong, motivated Store Manager to lead our Burlington team and drive the success of our retail and wholesale parts business.

Competitive salary based on experience + monthly Store Manager bonus opportunity of up to $1,600

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll have a direct impact on the success of your store. You'll:

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business results
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement
  • Grow sales by developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Partner with outside sales to build and maintain wholesale accounts
  • Manage store profitability, payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers
  • Resolve customer concerns and find solutions that exceed expectations
  • Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management
  • Work with your Area Manager to execute sales initiatives and business plans
  • Lead by example and create opportunities for your team members to learn and grow
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and getting involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
