CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Loan Processor (Verifier) who can confidently review documentation, verify customer information, and keep loan applications moving toward completion. COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • Pay: $22.00/hr

  • Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Temp to Hire

ROLE IMPACT

  • The Loan Processor (Verifier) plays a critical role in ensuring loan applications and contract packages are complete, accurate, and ready to move through the credit process.

  • Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, efficient document processing, and the ability to research and verify customer information while maintaining productive communication with customers and the Credit team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, validate, and prepare documentation required to complete loan applications within established timelines.

  • Use both manual and automated processes to verify loan documentation.

  • Perform data entry and information retrieval while maintaining accuracy.

  • Research and verify customer information contained within loan applications.

  • Audit application and contract package data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify documentation discrepancies and communicate questions or concerns directly to the Credit Officer.

  • Professionally handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.

  • Organize and prioritize daily workloads to keep loan documentation moving efficiently.

  • Perform additional loan processing and administrative duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 3 years of loan processing experience in automotive industry as recent work history

  • No more than three jobs in the last five years

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate documentation accurately

  • Essential computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.Strong organization, time management, and planning abilities.

  • Professional oral communication skills when working with customers and coworkers.
