Job description

***Applicants must Reside in MA, CT, NH, RI, NY, or ME**

What if the people you already know could generate recurring income year after year instead of a one-time referral fee?

We are a Massachusetts-based insurance agency partnering with a small number of professionals who already work with buyers, renters, or small business owners and want to monetize relationships they already have without changing their primary business.

This is not a full sales role, but designed to complement your existing career, not replace it.

It's a structured referral and intake position with upside for the right person, then will expand to client-facing advisor and sales as you become comfortable.

We pay for MA Personal Lines Insurance licensing and exam fees.

$200 weekly stipend offered while studying for the exam up to six weeks.

We pay for licensing.

No quotas.

No cold calling.

Renewal commissions.

Keep your current career.

There is no obligation if licensing is not completed.

Upon passing the license test, a commission only agreement will be enacted for Policies placed and renewal income as well. No quotas, no minimums.

Best suited for professionals looking to add a recurring income stream, not replace existing income.
