The adjuster works with policyholders, witnesses, and sometimes repair shops to gather information and negotiate settlements. Their main role is to ensure that claims are resolved fairly and according to the terms of the insurance policy.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an auto insurance adjuster, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Auto Insurance Adjuster, you need a solid understanding of insurance policies, claims processing, and automotive repair, often supported by a relevant degree or claims adjusting license.
