We are looking for experienced service advisors to join our team, and help support our state of the art service facilities.

* Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
* Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
* Conducting post-repair follow up
* Resolving customer complaints
* Continue to maintain Nalley's value, quality, and integrity

*Ability to work hard with limited supervision
* Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
* Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
* Must have great customer service skills
