The Auto Detailer Manager oversees a large team of 10 or more detailers, ensuring high standards are maintained across all vehicle detailing operations. This role combines hands-on involvement in auto detailing with leadership responsibilities to deliver quality service while fostering team development. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Auto Detailer Manager drives operational efficiency, enforces safety compliance, and upholds the company’s stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ auto detailers
  • Ensure quality control across all detailing tasks for various vehicle types
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Manage schedules and workflow to meet operational deadlines
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies
