Job description

Job Title: Auto Detailer
Supervisor: Curtis Price
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team. The Auto Detailer is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to a high standard, both inside and out. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and is committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
  • Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and products
  • Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, mats and trunk areas
  • Shampoo upholstery and carpets as needed
  • Clean and condition leather surfaces
  • Detail engine compartments (if required)
  • Apply protective coatings (wax, sealants, ceramic coatings, etc)
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Remove stains, odors, and minor surface imperfections
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow safety procedures and proper handling of chemicals
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, ETC:
High School Graduate or GED
Previous auto detailing experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
Skills/Reasoning Ability/Performance Expectations:
Knowledge of cleaning products and detailing techniques
Ability to operate detailing equipment (buffers, vacuums, pressure washers)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions and company standards
