Audi Royal Oak - Calgary, Alberta

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Technician ready to take your career into a premium Audi environment?

Audi Royal Oak is looking for skilled Journeyperson Technicians to join our high-volume service department. You'll work with advanced vehicle technology, challenging diagnostics, OEM equipment, and a team that recognizes strong production and quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair Audi vehicles
  • Complete maintenance, mechanical repairs, and advanced diagnostic work
  • Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and vehicle-system concerns
  • Perform inspections and identify required or recommended repairs
  • Follow Audi repair procedures and quality standards
  • Document diagnostic findings, repair steps, and completed work accurately
  • Complete road tests and final quality inspections
  • Work closely with service advisors, parts employees, and shop leadership
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing Audi technical training

What You Bring

  • Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson certification
  • Five or more years in an Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche dealership
  • Audi Master Technician training or another advanced OEM certification
  • Strong warranty repair and documentation experience
  • Demonstrated flat-rate productivity and efficiency
  • Strong dealership service and repair experience
  • Advanced mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic ability
  • A valid driver's licence
  • A complete professional tool set
  • Strong attention to repair quality and documentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a performance-based environment
  • A positive, collaborative approach with teammates and customers
  • Availability for a five-day schedule with rotating Saturdays

Compensation and Schedule

  • This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position with rotating Saturdays.
