ย Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Transport: Drive customer vehicles safely to and from the dealership and service centers.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the friendly face of the dealership, confirming service needs and handing keys back securely.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform quick walk-around checks to note any pre-existing damage or condition details.
  • Route Planning: Use GPS and scheduling apps to manage timely arrivals.
  • Team Communication: Coordinate handoffs smoothly with service advisors and technicians.ย 

This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.

Requirements

Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, must have ability to drive automatic and manual transmission. A good, clean driving record and valid driver license is required.
