As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM procedures, I-CAR standards, and industry best practices. Responsibilities

โ€ข Perform collision repairs including panel replacement, metalwork, structural repair, and welding

โ€ข Complete frame straightening, body alignment, and structural corrections

โ€ข Restore vehicles to OEM specifications using proper repair methods and I-CAR procedures

โ€ข Read and interpret repair orders and damage estimates with minimal supervision

โ€ข Utilize body shop equipment including welders, sanders, grinders, pullers, and diagnostic tools

โ€ข Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy, safety, appearance, and proper fitment

โ€ข Collaborate with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to maintain workflow and efficiency

โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop policies

Schedule

โ€ข Monday to Friday

โ€ข Full-time, day shift

โ€ข No weekends required

Qualifications

โ€ข Must be at least 18 years of age

โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record

โ€ข Must provide personal tools

โ€ข Previous experience as a Collision Repair Technician, Auto Body Technician, or Body Shop Technician strongly preferred

โ€ข Welding, I-CAR certifications, and frame repair experience are a plus

โ€ข Ability to read repair orders and follow OEM repair procedures
