Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our autobody shop, where you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and streamlining daily operations. We are seeking a professional and personable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Manage customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating repair services efficiently.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in our system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing estimates and explaining repair processes to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
