Auto Body Technician
Distinctive Auto Body & Refinishing is seeking skilled and experienced Auto Body Technicians to join our growing team. We are a premier collision repair center committed to providing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and take pride in your work, we want to talk to you.
Days of Operation: (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform all phases of auto body repair, including disassembly, structural and cosmetic repairs, and reassembly.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage.
  • Straighten bent or damaged body sections and frames using specialized equipment.
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels, fenders, bumpers, and other components.
  • Weld parts into place, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and using fillers.
  • Communicate with team members and management to ensure repairs stay on track.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
(Must have your own tools, as they will not be provided)
What we're looking for:
  • Experienced Auto Body Technicians with proficiency in modern body shop equipment, tools, and repair techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills.
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred but not required for experienced technicians.
  • A valid driver's license.
