About the Role:
Auto Works Collision & Paint Inc is looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team in Coral Springs, FL! This is your opportunity to bring damaged vehicles back to life using your craftsmanship and technical expertise in a fast-paced, rewarding shop environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Execute metal straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement using industry-standard tools and equipment
  • All Auto Body related procedures.
  • Align frames and unibody structures using frame straightening equipment
  • Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure quality repairs and on-time delivery
  • Document repair processes and ensure work meets OEM and shop quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician
  • Proficiency in structural and non-structural repair techniques
  • Experience with frame straightening and welding (MIG/TIG preferred)
  • I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret repair orders and damage estimates
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Must supply own hand tools; reliable and self-motivated work ethic
