Body Shop Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform intermediate-level repairs on vehicle body components, including dent removal, panel replacement, and light structural work.
  • Conduct prep work for refinishing, such as sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Assist with disassembly and reassembly of vehicles as needed for repair processes.
  • Use diagnostic tools to assess damage and determine repair requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members, estimators, and insurance representatives to ensure repair accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry repair techniques and standards through ongoing training.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 
Pay: Hourly pay based on experience.

Our average Body Shop A-Tech earns $70,000-$100,000 annually. 
Qualifications

  • Experience in auto body repair or a related field; B-level skills in collision repair required.
