Job description

Mancan has partnered with a reputable car dealership in Cambridge and we are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician. The shift hours will be 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, and the rate of pay will be based upon experience and discussed during the interview process.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality auto body repairs, refinishing, and restoration work while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
* Perform sanding, grinding, filling, and prepping for paint work
* Replace damaged parts including fenders, bumpers, doors, and trim
* Conduct welding and metal straightening as needed
* Inspect vehicles to determine repair needs and estimate time required
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Ensure all repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician required
* Knowledge of auto body repair tools, equipment, and techniques
* Ability to read repair orders and follow detailed instructions
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid drivers license preferred
