i.g. Burton Auto Group is looking to add a Body Shop Administrator with a winning attitude to their busy Milford Body Shop. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable and professional.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and help customers, check in vehicles and schedule vehicles for estimates
  • Answer the phones
  • Follows up on parts department orders to ensure parts availability.
  • Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary
  • Monitors paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.
  • Prepares final billing for completed repair orders.
  • Controls accounts receivable for body repair work.
  • General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing
  • Strong attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, are required
  • Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned
