Auto Body Technician - Big Island (Hilo)


Ground Transport, Inc is a locally owned school bus transportation company that has been safely transporting Hawaii's students for over 35 years. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Auto Body Technician for our Big Island - Hilo location.


As an Auto Body Technician, you will perform body repairs and restoration work on our fleet of school buses. Such as, repairing collision damage, replacing and repairing body panels, straightening body frames and metal components, prepping and painting.


The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or heavy-duty vehicle body repair, is detailed-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well independently as well as a team player. Experience with commercial vehicles or related equipment is a plus.
