The Auto Body Technician repairs damaged bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using hand tools and power tools.
- De-Trim and disassemble vehicles
- Utilizing parts carts for parts
- Perform pre-pulls for repair vs replaces decisions
- Assists in identifying parts needed for repairs.
- Perform quality repairs without passing on defects.
- Utilize technical information sheets along with work order for all repairs
- Follows DCC's quality control process.
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
- Comply with all DCC saftey rules, guidelines and standards
- Perfom other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective repairs

Position Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of manufacturers' repair processes
- Demonstrates commitment to continued learning by ongoing participation in I-Car Pro level training and other industry required training.
- Reliable attendance required.
- Ability to read and understand written estimates and work orders
- This is a physically demanding position. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time during the repair of a vehicle.
- Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently.
- Must be able to use hands effeciently in handling vehicle parts.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
