From collision repairs and complete refinishing to custom paintwork, vehicle restorations, wraps, and paint protection film installations, we take pride in producing results that exceed expectations. We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter who shares our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

The Auto Body Painter is responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to manufacturer and customer specifications. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency while maintaining Xclusive Auto Collision's reputation for premium-quality finishes. The ideal candidate is experienced with modern paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare vehicles and components for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces.
  • Mix and match paint colors using computerized and manual color-matching systems.
  • Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and specialty finishes using professional spray equipment.
  • Perform blending techniques to achieve seamless paint transitions and OEM-quality finishes.
