Job description

About the Role We're growing and looking for a sharp, dependable Auto Account Coordinator to support our Auto Insurance department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, handling client policy updates, managing carrier documentation, and delivering top-tier support to our drivers. If you excel at multi-tasking, maintain meticulous attention to detail, have experience working in auto insurance and take pride in thorough follow-up, we want to hear from you.

This is an in-person role where every day matters and your work is noticed.


What You'll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding auto policies, billing, and coverage updates with professionalism and patience
  • Guide policyholders through routine policy changes, including switching vehicles and adding lien holders
  • Intake client information for quotes and send applications for e-signature
  • Process transactions accurately, including submitting and updating client payments
  • Issue essential policy documentation, such as proof of insurance documents and assistance with DMV letters
  • Upload documents directly to insurance carriers and perform thorough follow-up on outstanding requests
  • Resolve driver concerns with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Adapt quickly as daily priorities shift, stepping up to support teammates and keep operations running smoothly
