As a Psychologist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients. You'll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they're at.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.

  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.

  • Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.

  • If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master's or doctorate level providers.

  • Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.

  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.

  • Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.

Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.

  • Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.

  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.

  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
  • Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000

  • Licensed Psychologist: $110,000 - $125,000

*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
* Employees in these positions are W2.
