At AACT, we don’t just fill schedules, we build supportive environments for both our clinicians and our families. We are currently seeking dedicated SLPAs in the Phoenix metro area. If you’re tired of "wait-and-see" caseloads and want to get to work immediately with a team that values your time and expertise, you’ve found your home.

- Stability You Can Bank On: Active support to maintain client attendance and steady weekly income.
- True Flexibility: You set your availability; we match you with families that fit your life.
- Collaborative Supervision: High-quality oversight from licensed SLPs who are invested in your professional growth.
Your Role at AACT
- Deliver high-quality direct speech therapy services under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help our members find their voice.
- Maintain timely, professional documentation and session signatures via our intuitive systems.
- Bridge the gap between therapy and home by maintaining open, empathetic communication with families.
What You’ll Bring
- Licensure: Valid Arizona SLPA License (Required).
- Mobility: Reliable transportation for local travel to home-based sessions.
- Reliability: A commitment to a consistent weekly schedule for the sake of our members' progress.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you are the face of AACT in the field!
