Now Hiring: Staff to Senior Level Federal Auditors for Federal Audit Engagements
Location: McLean or Alexandria, VA Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required Secret Clearance Preferred (RMAS Can Sponsor)
About the Role
RM Advisory Services (RMAS) is seeking Staff to Senior Level Federal Auditors (1-7 years of experience) to support high-profile federal financial audits. These positions provide exposure to complex audit engagements while maintaining work-life balance and competitive compensation.
Auditors at RMAS gain experience comparable to Big Four firms (EY, KPMG, etc.)-but in a mission-driven consulting firm that offers a supportive culture, growth opportunities, and true 40-hour workweeks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship (required for government security clearance)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-7 years of audit experience (internships count)
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Interim Secret clearance or willingness to obtain (sponsorship available)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
