Job description

The Process Conformity/MQGR Specialist is responsible for assuring the alignment between plant operations and manufacturing operational standards. The MQGR Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with the regional and corporate process standards. The MQGR Specialist must read across findings to all other assembly plants to ensure compliance across all plants. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all the internal auditors of the plant are calibrated to the same standards. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for continuously updating the Process Audit Checklist.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Alignment between standard method and Plant quality audit execution
  • Identify training gaps of the auditors
  • Organization of specific training session on the job
  • Audit Issues action plans monitoring & read across
  • Process Audit check list update
  • Driving the development and deployment of MQGRs, MQAS, Corporate Process Guidelines, Process Standards and associated requirements
  • Managing the priority of Quality issues and communicating them to the correct individuals, as well as continuously soliciting feedback from those individuals
  • Driving corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances where applicable
  • Develop, maintain and communicate an audit schedule with the plants to ensure process compliance
  • Utilize strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
  • Establish partnerships both internally and externally and to influence without direct authority
  • Provides commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer, demonstrates initiative and the desire to drive change to exceed expectations
  • Exhibits a willingness to do things differently and consistently translates ideas into actions that deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment are needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous work experience conducting audits in a manufacturing environment (ie: familiarity with assembly, stamping, paint, MQGRs, MQAS, CPGs, CPA, Torque)
  • Capacity to work in team
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of Problem Solving and Project Management
  • Knowledge and ability to read the main Quality Key Indicators

Preferred Requirements:
  • Engineering/Technical degree
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Quality environment
  • Experience supervising hourly
  • Previous Manufacturing and/or Quality experience
  • Stellantis Customer Experience, preferably in Safety, Cost, Station Layout Quality and Environment
  • Knowledge of Plant Production Methods / Processes (BIW, Paint, GA, Plastics)
  • Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards, & SPW Fundamentals
