Your RoleAs an Operations Manager Trainee, the successful candidate will gain the knowledge and understanding of the various responsibilities required to successfully step into the role of an Operations Manager. Your role focuses on developing leadership, operational understanding, and communication skills through a blended training approach, including personal mentorship, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, virtual sessions and webinars.What You’ll LearnThe successful candidate will gain experience and exposure in areas such as:

  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proficient computer skills with an aptitude for learning and adapting to new software
  • Ability to travel as needed
