The firm offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days on-site, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with potential sign-on bonuses available and a discretionary semi-annual bonus program. What You Will Do You will lead audit engagements using a risk-based approach, manage fieldwork execution, coach associate-level team members, and work directly with clients across a diverse portfolio.

What We Are Looking For 4-5 years of public accounting audit experience, a CPA license or active CPA candidacy, and demonstrated experience with financial statement preparation.
