Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming telephone inquiries, delivering swift resolutions to agents, policyholders, and underwriters.
  • Monitor, manage, and process audit mailboxes while reviewing incoming requests to allocate or own outcomes per department best practices.
  • Master departmental roles, workflows, and special handling instructions to properly route or resolve complex audit transactions.
  • Support overall team operations by assisting with vendor invoicing, work order generation, audit preparation, and inventory management.
