Front Desk/Night Audit Associate

Candlewood Suites - Shelbyville is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk/Night Audit associates. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations during overnight shifts, and ensuring accurate financial auditing. Whether you prefer full or part-time hours, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming and efficient hotel environment in Shelbyville, KY.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner during overnight shifts.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling the day’s financial transactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk and audit activities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
