Job description

Shady Grove Medical CenterIf you are a current Adventist HealthCare employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Audiologist, for our Audiology Team who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As an Audiologist you will:
Interpret newborn hearing screening results.
Report results according to AHC protocol and State requirement
Provide consultation to parents related to hearing and speech-language development. Provide referrals for any necessary follow-up
Maintain records related to newborn hearing screening.
Conduct newborn hearing screenings according to department protocol .
Qualifications include:
MS degree in Audiology
Licensure in Maryland as an Audiologist
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Work Schedule:

This position is paid at a flat per diem rate of $60/hr.

  • Employment Type:Per Diem

  • Typical Daily Schedule:2-4 shifts per month on weekend mornings. Length of shift varies with census (averages 2-4 hours).

  • Shift Type:Weekend days

  • Holiday Requirements: Assigned on a rotation

Pay Range:
