About the Role

Our busy, patient-focused ENT clinic in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, youโ€™ll work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive hearing and balance care to patients of all ages.

Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine patient connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAEs, and ABR testing.

  • Interpret diagnostic results and communicate findings clearly to both patients and physicians.

  • Collaborate with ENT specialists to create individualized treatment plans.

  • Fit, program, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices following best practices and evidence-based protocols.

  • Counsel patients and families on hearing health, communication strategies, and device care.

  • Manage follow-up appointments, device troubleshooting, and ongoing patient support.

  • Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

ualifications
  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masterโ€™s degree in Audiology.

  • Current Virginia Audiology License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).

  • Clinical experience in an ENT or medical practice setting preferred.
