Supervision Received and Exercised
Exercises direct supervision of 3+ managers and 15-50 employees.
Essential Job Functions
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Drive excellence in food quality and execution, ensuring consistency with Guthrie’s standards at every step of service.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and team development.
  • Optimize staffing and scheduling to balance guest experience with labor efficiency goals.
  • Lead all talent functions, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and mentor managers to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure operational continuity.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (sales, labor, costs, guest feedback) and take decisive action to improve results.
  • Own financial performance, including P&L management, cost control, and driving revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and brand standards while continuously improving processes and systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building community relationships and strengthening market presence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and contribute to operational planning.
  • Lead with energy and accountability, aligning the team around company goals and delivering consistent results.
  • Maintain flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset to support broader business needs.

Compensation Classification

Non-Essential Job Functions
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:
  • Walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
  • Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead
Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for:

Position Requirements
  • Work a 48-55 hour week
  • Subject to background check
  • In-store training program completed
  • Must maintain a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess a state-issued driver’s license and maintain reliable means of transportation

Working Conditions
  • Restaurant environment: Work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment, including maintenance and operations of deep fryers.
  • Office environment: Work with computers and office equipment.
