Job Description

Our client is  looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable approaching, presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives, have experience and a proven track record in event/experiential marketing sales, have the ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly; superb research skills, and an ability to stay current with technology and industry trends.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Effectively build new revenue opportunities
  • Utilize effective sales strategies and closing techniques
  • Research and develop target sales markets
  • Work with executive leadership teams to develop long-range sales strategies and goals
  • Leverage internal/external resources to build new client relationships
  • Nurture and foster growth within existing client relationships

  • Work with design/production teams to plan and execute events

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related subject preferred
  • 5+ years sales experience with proven track record in event sales
  • Passion for customer satisfaction, highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Manage leads, accounts, contacts, opportunity pipeline and activities
  • Plan and manage strategically and operationally
  • Ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment.
