Role: This role reports to the President of NNS and is responsible for developing and managing the customer relationship and general direction of the cabling/security business. This individual should have an RCDD or equivalent certification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the requested market, engaged in business development/account management within the commercial structured cabling, Audio Visual and or physical security space.
Responsibilities: This is a greenfield position with large upside potential. NNS currently has office locations in Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC to support the Charlotte expansion and an existing office in Memphis, TN to support the Nashville expansion. Responsibilities as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the General Manager.
  1. Pre-Construction
  • a. Primarily building and development of new customer relationships and positioning National in new project opportunities specifically related to commercial, higher education and Healthcare.
  • b. Manage existing customer relationships from other markets.
  • c. Evaluate bid opportunities.
  • d. Track upcoming opportunities within designated accounts.
  • e. Manage the opportunity through the sales pipeline.
  • f. Focus on direct end user and consultant driven opportunities.
  • g. Contract negotiation/management
  • h. Manage multiple accounts at any given time.
  • i. Engage throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • a. Oversee the growth in the market.
  • b. Engage in project management as needed during the growth phase.
