We are seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating seamless, professional, and memorable guest experiences by supporting meetings, conferences, banquets, and special events through expert setup, operation, and live technical support of audio-visual systems. Your work ensures every event runs smoothly and reflects the high service standards our guests expect.


What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and break down audio-visual, sound, lighting, projection, and conferencing equipment for events and meetings. 
  • Execute AV setups according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event diagrams, and client specifications. 
  • Perform pre-event testing and sound checks to ensure flawless execution before guests arrive. 
  • Provide on-site technical support to presenters, guests, and event teams throughout live events. 
  • Monitor equipment performance during events and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally. 
  • Maintain, clean, inventory, and store all AV equipment after events. 
  • Follow all safety procedures, equipment handling guidelines, and company standards. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance. 
  • Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while supporting team objectives and company culture.
