Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, train, and schedule AV techs to ensure flawless event support-because every good show starts backstage.
  • Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for meetings and events (no tangled cables on your watch).
  • Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and help keep everything from microphones to projectors in top form.
  • Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life.
  • Coach and hold your team accountable-AV success is a team sport!

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6+ months of AV experience required - You've got hands-on know-how and aren't afraid of cables.
  • 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background (preferred) - Shows you're ready to lead from the front of house or back.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Your education helps you bring structure to the tech.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills - To keep your tracking and scheduling as polished as your events.
  • Experience with Delphi software (preferred) - Knowing the tools of the hospitality trade is a bonus.
