Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Project Manager - Brand & Creative supports the Global Brand & Creative function by coordinating and managing marketing and communications initiatives across the organization. This role ensures the successful execution of branding, website, campaign, and event-related creative projects by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Working closely with marketing, communications, internal partners, and external agency partners, this role plays a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through execution while supporting Everest's evolving brand and digital presence.
This is a hybrid position in either our Warren, NJ or New York City office working 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and project coordination for marketing and communications initiatives including campaigns, events, website updates, and brand-related creative.
  • Coordinate work across marketing, communications, internal partners, and external agency partners.
  • Track project progress and ensure stakeholders are aligned on deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to manage workflows, timelines, and team collaboration.

Vendor & Budget Management
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance partners supporting marketing and creative initiatives.
  • Coordinate project scopes, timelines, and deliverables across external resources.
  • Support tracking and management of project budgets across multiple initiatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of budgets by project, department, or business line.
  • Partner with leadership to monitor spend and help ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Brand & Creative Coordination
  • Support the execution of brand and creative initiatives including marketing collateral, digital content, and internal communications materials.
  • Ensure creative work aligns with established brand standards and guidelines.

Website & Digital Coordination
  • Support website initiatives including UX improvements, navigation updates, and content management.
  • Coordinate website-related projects with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital content and site updates.

Campaign & Event Support
  • Help manage the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring creative assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and creative assets for events, internal initiatives, and corporate communications.

Content Review & Quality Control
  • Review and proof marketing and communications materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Manage review cycles with stakeholders including marketing, communications, legal, and compliance teams.

Light Creative Production
  • Create and edit simple visual content for internal communications, social media, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Support quick turnaround creative needs when design resources are limited.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or marketing operations within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, website projects, and creative production workflows.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and basic UX principles, with the ability to coordinate web updates and digital experience improvements.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com to manage timelines, workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to produce light creative content using tools such as Canva or similar platforms for internal communications, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and quality control skills, with a high level of attention to detail across marketing and communications materials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate review cycles across marketing, communications, legal, and compliance teams.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $155,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
