Description

We are seeking an experienced AV / Collaboration Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance, and standardization of conference room and workplace technology across a growing, multi-site environment.

This role serves as a subject matter expert for AV systems and collaboration platforms, owning the full lifecycle of meeting room technology and helping scale a consistent, high-quality user experience across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and support conference room AV and collaboration systems
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end issues across audio, video, networking, and conferencing platforms
  • Standardize room designs, hardware, and user experiences across locations
  • Partner with IT, facilities, and vendors to deliver AV solutions at scale
  • Manage lifecycle activities including upgrades, refreshes, and documentation
  • Support hybrid meeting environments and BYOD configurations
  • Ensure optimal performance and user adoption of collaboration tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
