Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist 2 to support video conferencing applications and enhance DelDOT's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in audio-visual systems and security applications, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and produce webinars and Teams meetings, including coordination of panelists and presentation materials.
  • Support DelDOT’s security applications and infrastructure, including access control and surveillance systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and DTI to extend data networks into new or renovated DelDOT facilities.
  • Document technical and user system requirements to maintain operational standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting and maintenance for audio-visual and network systems.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Experience with audio-visual systems and web conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Webex).
  • Knowledge of security applications and infrastructure (facility access, surveillance).
  • Familiarity with network installation (fiber, Cat6, WiFi).
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and training materials.
