Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple locations or territories, ensuring seamless delivery of smart home products and services, including installation, maintenance, and customer support.
โ€ข Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of store managers, sales staff, and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales targets.
โ€ข Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive revenue growth, including setting quotas, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting smart home solutions like security systems, automation devices, and energy-saving technologies.
โ€ข Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service standards are met by monitoring customer feedback, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance the homeowner experience.
