IM Solutions is searching for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV/IT Installation, Engineering and Software Services departments with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position has tremendous growth opportunity including incentives to business ownership based upon performance and leadership ability.  The ideal Operation Manager will have strong leadership skills, a proven background in audio-visual systems and construction, an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to upholding our company's core values. 
Reports to: CTO
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive leadership for the Installation, Engineering and Software Service Departments
  • Lead department managers in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) success criteria.
  • Coordinate and prioritize projects, operational initiatives, and company resources to ensure optimal performance and efficient resource utilization
  • Build, develop and lead high-performing teams of 15+ employees by fostering professional growth, accountabilty and training of employees 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement by implementing and optimizing EOS processes, workflows, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills managing team of 15 or more people
  • 10+ years experience in Audio Visual project management and construction methodology 
  • Must have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systems
  • Must have a strong understanding of IT networks and standards
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred
