Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Technician to support AV operations for my healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and strong background in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems in a federal or enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain AV systems including Polycom endpoints, video conferencing bridges, and control systems.
Provide live event support for meetings, webinars, and hybrid conferences.
Troubleshoot AV issues in real-time and provide technical support to end-users.
Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless AV integration.
Maintain documentation for AV systems, configurations, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal AV and IT security standards.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AV Technician.
Familiarity with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron).
Experience supporting AV in government or large enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of video conferencing protocols (H.323, SIP).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
