Job description

A Victoria's Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
  • Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
  • Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
  • Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Identifies and escalates operational issues
  • Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

  • Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
  • Coaching & development of associates and leaders
