So, what are we looking for?
We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Columbus, OH branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Someone who is passionate about audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.
What are your responsibilities?
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Other tasks as assigned

-Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
-AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required.
