Role Overview:
This role involves defining global Audio Visual (AV) architecture, standards, and design frameworks specifically for conference rooms and related environments. The position focuses on leading the design and standardization of AV solutions across various complex settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive AV design standards and reference architectures.
  • Lead solution design efforts for complex environments such as boardrooms, studios, and auditoriums.
  • Define the AV-as-a-Service (AVaaS) standardization strategy and manage the OEM ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AV systems with collaboration, streaming, and workplace platforms.
  • Provide critical technical oversight throughout the implementation phase and during lifecycle upgrades of AV solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in AV system design, including audio, video, control, networking, and LED Planar video walls.
  • Experience with collaboration ecosystems such as Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and various streaming platforms.
  • Ability to develop and implement standardization and scalability frameworks for AV solutions.
  • Expertise in AV lifecycle planning.
